Code of Conduct
At Anthro.Art, we are committed to fostering a positive and inclusive community for all participants. This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for behavior and sets the standards for how we interact with each other. It applies to all individuals participating in Anthro.Art's communities, including but not limited to employees, volunteers, members, and event attendees.
Our Principles:
1. Respect: Treat others with respect, kindness, and empathy. Value and appreciate diverse perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds. Be considerate of others' feelings and opinions, even when you disagree.
2. Inclusivity: Foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and valued, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Actively work towards removing barriers and promoting equal opportunities for all.
3. Professionalism: Conduct yourself professionally and maintain high standards of integrity. Avoid engaging in disrespectful, offensive, or discriminatory behavior, both online and offline. Refrain from harassment, bullying, or any form of unwelcome or inappropriate conduct.
4. Collaboration: Encourage open and constructive communication. Collaborate with others in a positive manner, listen actively, and be willing to consider different viewpoints. Give credit where it is due and acknowledge the contributions of others.
5. Safety: Prioritize the safety and well-being of all individuals. Report any concerns, violations, or potential risks to the appropriate authorities or designated contacts. Help create an environment free from physical, emotional, or psychological harm.
Expected Behavior:
- Treat all individuals with respect, kindness, and professionalism.
- Use inclusive language and avoid offensive or derogatory remarks.
- Be mindful of cultural differences and avoid assumptions or stereotypes.
- Listen actively and be open to different perspectives and feedback.
- Respect personal boundaries and ask for consent before sharing personal information or engaging in physical contact.
- Use appropriate channels for communication and address conflicts or disagreements in a constructive manner.
- Respect and adhere to the policies and guidelines set by Anthro.Art for its activities.
Unacceptable Behavior:
The following behaviors are considered unacceptable and will not be tolerated:
- Harassment, discrimination, or bullying in any form.
- Offensive, derogatory, or discriminatory language or gestures.
- Threats, intimidation, or personal attacks.
- Unwanted attention, stalking, or invasion of privacy.
- Disruptive behavior that hinders others' participation or creates a hostile environment.
- Engaging in any form of illegal activity or violating applicable laws, including hosting or participating in any forms of gambling. This also includes promoting or talking about illegal activities.
- Discussing or sharing details or experiences of committing illegal acts involving sex, violence, or abuse.
Consequences of Violation:
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in appropriate actions, including but not limited to warnings, temporary or permanent bans from Anthro.Art's activities, or legal consequences, as deemed necessary.
Reporting:
If you experience or witness a violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it to the designated contacts or the appropriate authority within Anthro.Art. All reports will be handled with confidentiality and discretion. Retaliation against individuals who report violations in good faith is strictly prohibited.
